This Policy applies to “cookie” files and refers to the website www.x-lander.com, operated by DELTIM GLOBAL SP. Z O.O. based in Częstochowa (hereinafter referred to as “the website”).

What are “cookies”?

“Cookies” should be understood as IT data, in particular text files, stored in end-user devices intended for facilitating the use of websites. These files allow the recognition of the Consumer’s device thanks to which the website is adapted to the consumer’s individual preferences. “Cookies” usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique identification number.

“Cookies” are used to adapt the content of websites to the Consumer’s preferences and to enchance user experience. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics that help understand how the consumer uses the website which allows us to improve its tructure and content. There is no personal identification of the Consumer.

What kind of “cookies” are being used?

There are two types of “cookie” files – “session” and “permanent”.

  • “Session” files are temporary files that remain on the user’s device until logging out or closing the software (web browser).
  • “permanent” files remain on the user’s device for the time specified in the “cookie” file parameters or until they are manually removed by the user.

Deleting “cookies”

By default, softwares used for browsing the web allow the creation of “cookies” on the end device. These settings can be changed so as to block the automatic handling of “cookies” or inform about each transfer of files to the user’s device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling “cookies” are available in the software (web browser) settings. Limiting the use of “cookies” may affect some of the functionalities available in the online store, and in particular the registration and ordering process.
